JEE Main 2025 Syllabus

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) is a national-level computer-based test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission into undergraduate programs in Engineering, Architecture, and Planning. Prestigious institutions such as NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and as an eligibility step for IITs (via JEE Advanced), use JEE Main scores for admissions.

The exam is held twice a year — January Session and April Session — giving students two chances to improve their performance.

Medium of Examination

JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages:
English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Structure of JEE Main 2025

The exam comprises two papers:

• Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) → Admission to undergraduate engineering programs at NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, etc.

• Paper 2 → Admission to B.Arch (Paper 2A) and B.Planning (Paper 2B) courses.
